This cupcake was from Cooks Illustrated magaine. I made this for Janet and Nancy who retired in June. It has a ganache filling dropped into it just before baking and the frosting tastes like french silk pie. It was the May June issue if anyone is interested in making these. They were very good .
These were everything a cupcake should be! Nice & moist, big chocolate flavor, smooth, creamy chocolate icing and..........the surprise center! YUMMY!!!
